The connector utilizes a steel shell with tin-over-nickel plating and a compression glass insert with silicone gasket, capable of withstanding 70 bars of pressure differential without loss of mechanical or electrical characteristics. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +200°C and maintains air leakage below 1 × 10?7 cm³/hour under 1 bar differential pressure, with insulation resistance exceeding 5000 MO at 20°C and 65% relative humidity.
