DESCRIPTION

D369-R66-DP0 is a 6-position receptacle connector from the 369 Series designed for high-reliability aerospace, defense, and marine applications. The connector features sealed electrical interfaces using cork-in-bottle and triple wire seal technology, with fully sealed contacts rated for 5 A operating current and insulation resistance of =5000 MO. It is constructed from PEI body and insert materials with copper alloy gold-plated contacts and fluorosilicone seals, operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and meeting IP65 rating for moisture protection. The connector incorporates a button-latching mechanism for secure mating, orientation keys for proper alignment, and supports 500 mating cycles minimum durability. Its compact, lightweight design with space-efficient stacking capability makes it ideal for harsh aerospace environments where high moisture levels, vibration, and thermal extremes are present.
