DESCRIPTION
YDTS33F23RV0010000 is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III circular connector designed for demanding aerospace, defense, and marine environments. This connector features a space-saving high-density design with 500 mating cycles minimum durability, an easy-grip coupling ring with triple-start thread for fast mating and unmating, and dielectric withstand voltage of 1000 VAC with a current rating of 3 amps per contact. The connector operates across an extended temperature range of -65°C to +200°C (nickel finish) or -65°C to +175°C (cadmium finish), withstands shock of 300 g over 3 ms in three axes, and maintains salt spray resistance of 48 hours (nickel) or 500 hours (cadmium) per MIL-STD-1344. The aerospace-grade aluminum alloy shell with gold-plated machined copper alloy contacts and fluorinated silicone seals provides superior reliability in harsh environments including exposure to military and aerospace fluids and altitudes up to 30,000 m.
