DESCRIPTION

The D369-G99-NP4 is a 9-position PCB in-line mount receptacle connector designed for high-reliability aerospace, defense, and marine applications. It features 90° PCB-mounted gold-plated pin contacts with a compact rectangular design that enables close mounting pitch and eliminates the need for flying leads. The connector is constructed with PEI body and insert materials, fluorosilicone seals, and copper alloy gold-plated contacts, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, maintains an insulation resistance of =5000 MO, and supports a dielectric withstand voltage of 1500 Vrms with operating current of 5 A. The connector is fully sealed using cork-in-bottle and triple wire seal technology for high-moisture environments, meets FAR 25.853 Appendix F flammability requirements, and is rated for 500 mating cycles minimum. Its space-efficient design, mechanically self-retaining feature during soldering, and full compatibility with the 369 connector family make it ideal for compact, high-density PCB applications in harsh aerospace environments.
