DESCRIPTION

The HD36-24-35SN-059 is a 35-position sealable automotive connector housing designed for female terminals in wire-to-wire power applications. This hybrid mixed connector features a circular aluminum alloy body with contact retainer locking, cable clamp modification, and N-seal code for environmental protection. It accommodates Size 16 and Size 20 socket contacts with mating pin diameters of 1 mm and 1.6 mm, supporting maximum contact current ratings of 7.5 A and 13 A respectively, and operates at 250 VDC with nominal voltage architecture of 12 V and 24 V. The housing measures 49.3 mm × 49.3 mm with a height of 81 mm, includes strain relief, guide slot mating alignment, and panel mount configuration with a 180° cable exit angle. Rated for -55 °C to +125 °C operation and achieving IP67 ingress protection, this connector is ideal for automotive power distribution, battery management systems, and high-reliability industrial applications requiring sealed, mixed-contact connectivity.
