DESCRIPTION

The TD229-5001P is a high-reliability time delay relay designed for fixed delay-on-release applications. Qualified to MIL-PRF-83726/29, it provides a factory-set 5-second delay time. This device integrates a solid-state timing circuit with a 2 Form C (DPDT) relay, featuring output contacts rated for 10 amps resistive at 28 Vdc. It operates on a nominal 28 Vdc input and is configured with socket pin terminals for installation. Housed in a welded, hermetically sealed enclosure, the TD229-5001P is engineered for demanding applications in the aerospace, defense, and marine sectors.
