DESCRIPTION

TLRP3A30DR022FTE is a high-power metal strip current sense resistor designed for power management, DC-DC conversion, and charging applications. This 2512-package device delivers up to 3 W at 70°C with a resistance value of 22 mO (marked as R022), featuring a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±50 PPM/°C and low inductance below 5 nH. The resistor incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life, and is AEC-Q200 compliant with sulfur resistance and MSL1 moisture sensitivity level. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +170°C, this component is ideal for high-current applications requiring precise current sensing in power supplies, adapters, and switching power supply systems.
