DESCRIPTION

FSN-22A-22 is a flexible strip jumper connector manufactured by TE Connectivity/Buchanan Brand, designed for reliable electronic interconnection with configurable pin arrangements. The product features multiple conductor pitch options ranging from 1.00 mm (0.039") to 5.08 mm (0.200"), with standard insulation lengths from 11.92 mm to 152.40 mm (0.500" to 6.000") available in 2.50 mm (0.10") increments plus 6.35 mm (0.25") and 19.05 mm (0.75") options. Pin configurations include straight pins (Type A), right-angle pins bent down (Type B), right-angle staggered pins with short Pin 1 (Type C), and straight angle staggered pins (Type D), with pin lengths of 3.18±0.76 mm (0.125±0.030") for standard configurations. The jumper accommodates various insulation materials including Nomex, Polyester, Teflon, and Kapton, with minimum bend radius of 3.18 mm across all conductor pitches and operating temperature ranges up to 250°C depending on insulation material. These flexible jumpers are widely used in automotive, telecommunications, and industrial applications where space-constrained interconnections and custom configurations are required.
