DESCRIPTION

BTH3-15-12-1-B is a BT Series band strap backshell designed for circular connector termination in aerospace, defense, and marine environments. It features screen termination using a stainless steel band for overall screen shielding, with sealing and strain relief provided by an optional heat shrink boot. The backshell has a straight (angle 1) configuration with shell size 15 and entry size 12, utilizing the H connector interface compatible with MIL-DTL-38999 Series III/IV and EN3645 connectors. With entry dimensions of ØG minimum 19.0 mm and ØH maximum 26.7 mm, it accommodates a range of cable sizes. This backshell requires calibrated application tooling and is ideal for high-performance sealing and strain relief in demanding circular connector applications.
