DESCRIPTION

965972-1 is an uninsulated quick disconnect receptacle terminal designed for reliable wire-to-tab electrical connections. This flag-oriented terminal features a phosphor bronze base material with tin plating, F-crimp barrel type, and is compatible with 17-13 AWG (1.03-2.62 mm²) discrete wire. Key specifications include a mating tab width of 6.35 mm, mating tab thickness of 0.81 mm, product length of 18 mm, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. The terminal incorporates a dimple mating retention type and positive lock feature for secure connections. Ideal for automotive, industrial, and general electrical applications requiring dependable quick disconnect connections with low insertion force.
