DESCRIPTION

The 936251-2 is a 76-position hybrid plug housing from the MULTILOCK .040/.070 series, intended for wire-to-board connections in automotive ECUs. It is designed to accommodate a mixture of .040 series contacts for signal circuits and .070 series contacts for power circuits. This Mark II version features a side double-lock mechanism which ensures complete contact insertion and prevents mating if the lock is not properly applied. The housing lance design eliminates contact tangling, and the overall design prevents contact deformation from rocking during mating and unmating, providing a high-reliability connection suitable for powertrain, safety, and driver information systems.
