DESCRIPTION

928544-1 is an 18-position locking comb (Sicherungskamm) designed for securing connector contacts. Manufactured from PA 6.6 GFV30 (30% glass-filled polyamide 6.6) material in black color, this component features precise dimensional tolerances with an overall length of 87.8±0.3 mm and width dimensions of 2.8±0.2 mm and 1.9±0.2 mm. The component includes an 83° angle feature and 4.5° chamfer for proper alignment and insertion. This locking comb is commonly used in automotive and industrial connector assemblies to provide secondary locking and retention of terminal contacts.
