DESCRIPTION
The 900128-1 is a Dynamic Series wire-to-board connector receptacle housing designed for industrial control equipment and semiconductor production applications. It features multiple position configurations ranging from 10 to 40 positions with black color housings and X or Y keying options to prevent mis-plugging. The connector supports both gold plating (15µ" [0.38µm] or 8µ" [0.20µm]) and tin plating options depending on the specific wire gauge and application requirements. Contact materials include receptacle contacts in strip form or loose piece configurations, with wire gauges ranging from AWG 30 to AWG 20 (0.05 to 0.51-0.53 mm²) and outer insulation diameters from 0.6 to 2.2 mm. The housing accommodates panel-type and free-hanging mounting options with board-mounting headers available in both horizontal and vertical orientations. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable panel mounting with quick locking and easy unlocking mechanisms, frame lock strength of 15 kgf minimum pull force, and durability rated for 50 cycles maximum.
