DESCRIPTION

84981-5 is a 1.0 mm pitch FFC/FPC connector designed for flexible printed circuit applications. This SMT right-angle non-ZIF connector features 5 contacts with top contact configuration and is constructed with a glass-filled high-temperature nylon housing in beige color and phosphor bronze contacts. The connector offers a low-profile design suitable for space-constrained applications. Common applications include laptop computers, notebook computers, disk drives, printers, copiers, cellular phones, and medical equipment where flexible circuit connections are required.
