DESCRIPTION

TLRP3A20WR047FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic metal strip resistor designed for current sensing applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapter circuits. This 2512-size resistor features a power rating of 2 watts at 70°C with a resistance value of 47 mO and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 ppm/°C. The device incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life, combined with low inductance (<5 nH) and AEC-Q200 compliance for automotive-grade reliability. It is sulfur-resistant, unaffected by sulfur environments, and carries a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) rating of MSL1. The resistor is ideal for high-power applications requiring precise current measurement and thermal stability across operating temperatures from -55°C to +170°C.
