69478-1 is a component associated with the PRO-CRIMPER III hand crimping tool system from TE Connectivity. The PRO-CRIMPER III Hand Crimping Tool Assembly 58529-1 consists of Die Assembly 58529-2 and PRO-CRIMPER III Hand Tool Frame 354940-1, designed for crimping AMPSEAL contacts. The tool supports wire sizes of 16 AWG and 18-16 AWG with insulation diameters of 1.7 to 2.7 mm and strip lengths of 5.1 ±0.4 mm. It features an adjustable ratchet mechanism that ensures full contact crimping with crimp heights of 1.22 ± 0.05 mm for 18 AWG and 1.41 ± 0.05 mm for 16 AWG wire. This commercial-grade tool is designed primarily for field installation, repair, maintenance work, or prototyping in industrial, commercial, or institutional applications.
