The 69357-3 is a crimp tooling component designed for wire barrel termination in electrical connector assembly processes. The tooling is engineered to maintain precise crimp height (CH) and crimp width (CW) dimensions to achieve a target area index (AI) of approximately 80%, which is critical for ensuring proper electrical and mechanical connection quality. Key dimensional parameters include a nominal crimp height of 0.073 inches, crimp width of 0.110 inches, crimper leg taper of 3.0 degrees, and anvil width of 0.109 inches, with a nominal anvil-to-crimper clearance of 0.005 inches.
