DESCRIPTION

The 647050-8 is an MTA-100 flat header with straight posts designed for wire-to-board interconnection in PCB applications. This 8-position header features 0.025 inch (0.64 mm) square posts on a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing, with a maximum operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The header is constructed from UL 94V-2 rated nylon housing with copper alloy posts that are tin or gold plated over nickel, providing reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use with 22 AWG to 28 AWG wire sizes and is compatible with the MTA-100 connector family for secure mating connections in industrial and commercial electronic assemblies.
