DESCRIPTION

641237-3 is an MTA-100 series IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) designed for wire-to-board applications. This connector features 0.00030 inch [0.00076 mm] gold plated contacts over nickel and is designed for 18 AWG (0.8-0.9 mm²) wire sizes. The connector is constructed with phosphor bronze contacts and UL94V-2 rated housing material. It is part of the feed-thru with locking ramp connector family and is compatible with various MTA-100 headers and posted connectors as shown in the mateability matrices. This connector is commonly used in printed circuit board applications where reliable wire-to-board connections are required.
