DESCRIPTION

52792 is a COPALUM Lite sealed terminal or splice from TE Connectivity designed for aerospace and defense applications. This lightweight aluminum component features dry crimp technology that provides oxide-free terminations without messy greases, and offers up to 60% weight savings compared to copper terminals. The terminal features a tin over nickel plating finish, a temperature rating of 175°C, sealed crimp capability at 80 psi, and salt spray resistance of 500 hours. Common applications include commercial aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, primary power feeders, and grounding systems where weight reduction and reliable connectivity are critical.
