DESCRIPTION

The 5188398-1 is a Type A male plug connector from the Z-PACK 2mm Hard Metric (HM) family. It features 110 signal contact positions arranged in five rows (A, B, C, D, E) and is designed for a vertical PCB mounting angle. The connector's phosphor bronze contacts have gold (30 µin) over nickel plating in the mating area for reliable connections, while the housing is constructed from glass-filled polyester. This standard crosstalk version has a module length of 50.00 mm and incorporates guide lugs for mating polarization. It is intended for fixed board-mount applications requiring a high-density, 2mm pitch interface.
