DESCRIPTION

The 5-103168-2 is an 8-position, double-row shrouded header from the AMPMODU Interconnection System, designed for board-to-board or wire-to-board connections. It features .025 inch square straight posts on a .100 x .100 inch grid, housed in a black, 94V-0 rated thermoplastic body with detent windows for secure mating. The phosphor bronze posts are duplex plated with 0.000030 inches of gold on the contact area and tin on the solder area, over a nickel underplate (Plating A). This standard profile header is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring a reliable, high-density interconnection and is mateable with various AMPMODU receptacles.
