DESCRIPTION

4-1971800-1 is a GRACE INERTIA 2.5 PCB mount header designed for wire-to-board signal applications. It features a vertical orientation with 4 positions at 2.5 mm centerline spacing, fully shrouded housing made of nylon, and tin (Sn) plated contacts with a matte finish. The connector utilizes through-hole solder termination with rectangular termination posts measuring 0.46 mm × 0.46 mm, and supports a maximum contact current rating of 3 A. Operating reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C, this connector is keyed and polarized with locking retention mechanisms for secure mating. It is ideal for industrial control systems, instrumentation, and signal distribution applications requiring robust, reliable interconnection on printed circuit boards.
