DESCRIPTION

3-794629-4 is a dual-row surface mount header connector from TE Connectivity's Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system designed for wire-to-board connections. This header features a 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline pitch with position configurations ranging from 2 to 24 positions in dual-row format, supporting current ratings up to 5 Amps per line. The connector is compatible with 22-18 AWG wire (0.3-0.9 mm²) with insulation diameters up to 2.79 mm, and includes vertical angle orientation with SMT hold-down provisions and metal hold-down options. The product is IR reflow process compatible and available with retention features on solder tails, making it suitable for automated assembly in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment requiring reliable wire-to-board interconnections.
