DESCRIPTION

3-6450170-8 is a right-angle PCB mount receptacle connector designed for board-to-board interconnection applications. This MULTI-BEAM series connector features 42 positions arranged in a 4-row by 12-column matrix configuration with 2.54 mm centerline pitch, including 2 power positions and 40 signal positions. The fully shrouded rectangular housing is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic glass-filled material with gold-plated mating contacts and nickel underplating. Key electrical specifications include 60 VDC operating voltage and 42 A maximum contact current rating, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The connector utilizes through-hole solder termination with hold-down retention and guide post mating alignment, making it suitable for power and signal circuit applications requiring reliable board-to-board connections.
