DESCRIPTION

3-5177986-5 is a 0.8mm pitch fine pitch SMT stacking connector plug designed for parallel board-to-board applications. This 120-position vertical plug features 8µ" gold plating on the contact area and is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly. The connector has brass contacts with duplex plating including a minimum of 0.00020" gold on the contact area, 0.00100" tin on the solder area, and 0.00130" nickel underplating. Key dimensions include A: 47.20mm (1.858"), B: 53.80mm (2.118"), and C: 52.20mm (2.055"). This connector is ideal for high-density interconnect applications requiring reliable board-to-board stacking with various stacking height options ranging from 5mm to 16mm when paired with compatible receptacles.
