350214-2 is a 16-circuit wire-to-board power connector from the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family, designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a compact design with 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, incorporating a positive lock mechanism with double lock plates for complete contact loading. The housing utilizes Socket MM Positive Lock configuration with duplex plating finish (gold in mating area over nickel underplate, matte tin on solder tail), and is recognized under UL Component Program File No. E28476 with UL94V-2 flammability rating. The connector design includes protective walls surrounding locking levers to prevent tangling with wires, bubble-release design for potted applications, and housing lances to protect wired contacts. This configuration makes it ideal for reliable power distribution in appliance applications requiring secure, compact connections.
