DESCRIPTION

The 32510 is an AMP PIDG spade terminal designed for electrical connections in wire sizes 4.0–6.0 mm² (AWG 12–10). It features a tin-plated copper terminal material with a nylon insulation sleeve, providing corrosion resistance and reliable electrical contact. The terminal is configured with an M4.0 bolt connection and a 4.3 mm stud hole, with dimensions of 10.7 mm width, 6.3 mm contact length, and a maximum length of 25.4 mm. The insulation diameter accommodates up to 5.8 mm, and the terminal thickness is 1.0 mm. This spade terminal is commonly used in automotive, industrial, and power distribution applications where secure, high-current connections are required, offering excellent mechanical strength and electrical performance for heavy-gauge wire terminations.
