DESCRIPTION

324172 is a PLASTI-GRIP flanged spade terminal designed for secure crimp connections in industrial electrical applications. This pre-insulated terminal features PVC insulation with a yellow color code, accommodating 12-10 AWG (2.62-6.64 mm²) wire sizes and M4 stud size. The terminal has a width of 0.416 inch (10.57 mm), length of 1.017 inch (25.83 mm), and wire barrel minimum inside diameter of 0.230 inch (5.84 mm). The PVC insulation sleeve provides good dielectric strength and supports wire insulation to prevent exposed bare wire. Common applications include panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, HVAC systems, and lighting installations where reliable electrical connections are required.
