DESCRIPTION

The 324086 is a PIDG (Pre-Insulated Diamond Grip) ring tongue terminal used for creating reliable solderless connections. It is designed to accommodate a wire size range of 16-14 AWG (2,050-5,180 circular mils) and fits a #12 stud. This terminal features a blue nylon insulation sleeve, which allows for a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.170 inches (4.32 mm). The terminal body is constructed from tin-plated copper for high conductivity and corrosion resistance. The pre-insulated nylon sleeve provides high dielectric strength and insulation support, while serrations inside the barrel ensure maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping, making it ideal for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.
