DESCRIPTION

The 3-2381880-5 is an illuminated PBES16 series pushbutton emergency stop switch designed for ruggedized industrial applications. This switch features an incandescent lamp rated for 28V AC/DC operation at 40mA, with a 16mm mounting hole and IP65 protection rating to resist harsh environments. It meets IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-5 standards and incorporates a high actuation force of 20N (push-lock) to prevent accidental activation. The switch offers mechanical life exceeding 100,000 operations and electrical life exceeding 50,000 operations, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C (or -25°C to +70°C without lamp). It is commonly used in emergency stop applications across industrial machinery, control panels, and safety systems where reliable illuminated feedback and robust construction are essential.
