DESCRIPTION

3-1879619-9 is an axial leaded precision metal film resistor from the TE Connectivity HOLCO series, designed for applications requiring high accuracy and stability. The HOLCO series features tolerances as low as 0.05%, temperature coefficients of resistance (TCR) down to 5ppm/°C, and power ratings up to 1W at 70°C depending on the model variant. These resistors utilize sputter-coated metal alloy films on ceramic substrates with laser spiralling for precise resistance values, and an epoxy coating provides environmental and mechanical protection. The series operates over an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with excellent long-term stability and low voltage coefficient of resistance (less than 5ppm/Volt). Common applications include industrial instrumentation and military equipment where precision and reliability are essential.
