DESCRIPTION

The 3-1761606-7 is a vertical header assembly with long eject latch and low-profile IDC (insulation displacement connector) design, configured for 31-position applications. The housing is constructed from PBT material with UL94V-O rating in blue color, featuring phosphor bronze posts and zinc alloy latches for durability and reliable mating. The posts are finished with gold flash over palladium-nickel plate (0.76 µm minimum on mating area) and tin plate (2.54 µm minimum on solder-tail) with nickel underplate (1.27 µm minimum), while latches feature black nickel over copper plating. With a 2.54 mm [0.100 inch] pitch spacing and dimensions of 73.74 mm [2.90 inches] in length, this connector is designed for PCB-mounted applications requiring secure, low-profile interconnection with positive latch engagement.
