DESCRIPTION

3-1376390-4 is a 4-position 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) plug housing designed for wire-to-board power circuit applications. This Type D/Yellow keyed connector features a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and incorporates a double lock plate (part number 1376396-1) for complete contact loading and secure retention. The housing is constructed from UL94V-0 rated, glass-filled 6/6 nylon in black, with protective walls surrounding the locking levers to prevent tangling with wires and facilitate easier contact insertion with clear clicking feedback. The connector is designed to release bubbles created during potting processes and includes housing lances to further prevent wire entanglement. This connector is ideal for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable power distribution and keying-based mating prevention are essential.
