DESCRIPTION

2375267-8 is an Economy Power II (EP II) potted header assembly designed for wire-to-board connectivity in home appliances requiring Glow Wire test compliance. This connector features a 0.156" (3.96 mm) centerline pitch and supports 2 to 12 single-row pin positions with selectively loaded configurations, allowing pins to be loaded or omitted as needed. The assembly is rated for 600 VAC and 11.5 A, accommodates wire sizes from 0.33 to 1.33 mm² (22 to 16 AWG), and operates reliably across -55°C to +105°C. The housing is constructed from Glow Wire compatible material meeting UL 94 V-O requirements and complies with IEC/EN 60335-1 Glow Wire flammability standards, with contacts made from tin-plated copper alloy. This design reduces end-product testing time and expense by providing pre-certified Glow Wire compliant components suitable for safety-critical home appliance applications.
