DESCRIPTION

2345984-7 is a three-phase solid-state relay (SSR3 series) designed for industrial control applications, featuring SCR output switching with a maximum current rating of 40A RMS mounted to a heatsink. The relay operates with AC input voltage range of 90–280Vac, zero voltage turn-on capability, and load voltage range of 48–480Vac, providing reliable switching for medium to high industrial loads. It incorporates 4000V RMS optical isolation, LED indicator, safety cover for IP 20 protection, and transient voltage protection via external MOVs. The module has a thermal resistance (junction to case) of 0.6°C/W and requires mounting to a heatsink to maintain base temperature below 85°C under worst-case conditions.
