DESCRIPTION
2322612-1 is a PL Panel Label, a thermal transfer printable polyester label designed for high-durability industrial identification on control panels, data racks, switchgear, and equipment. The label features a compressible polyethylene foam adhesive that enables excellent bonding to rough, textured, and powder-coated surfaces, with typical label thickness of 0.760 mm including adhesive and 0.100 mm liner. It is available in gloss white or satin metalized finishes and is UL recognized to PGJI2 and PGJI8 standards for both indoor and outdoor applications. The label demonstrates excellent chemical resistance, passing immersion tests in isopropyl alcohol, diesel fuel, salt solution, and various industrial fluids, while maintaining adhesion on stainless steel, aluminum, glass, and epoxy-painted surfaces. Thermal performance testing confirms stability across extreme conditions including 1440 hours at 90°C heat aging, thermal cycling from -50°C to +90°C, and UV exposure, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments requiring durable, legible identification that withstands harsh chemical and environmental exposure.
