DESCRIPTION

The 2271678-3 is a DTC 2.5 TW screw-type terminal block designed for electrical distribution and connection applications. It features a 1 input and 2 output configuration with a rated current of 20A at 300V per UL standards (or 24A at 400V per IEC 60947-7-1), and an impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV. The terminal accommodates wire sizes from 0.08 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 28–12), with an M2.6 screw fastener requiring 4–4.5 lbs-in (0.46–0.52 Nm) torque and a wire strip length of 8–10 mm. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic material with copper alloy terminals (tin-plated) and steel clamps and screws (zinc-plated), ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
