DESCRIPTION

The 2270039-1 is a SOLARLOK PV4-PM connector housing designed as a pin-male connector for panel-mount applications in 1000V DC solar systems. This housing component is supplied without pin contacts, allowing for flexible contact selection based on wire gauge requirements. The connector features a precision-engineered design with a rated voltage of 1000V (UL and TÜV/IEC), low contact resistance of 0.35 mO, and IP68 waterproof protection rated for 1 m submersion over 24 hours. The housing is constructed from polycarbonate (PC) with tinned copper contacts, meeting UL6703 and IEC62852 standards. It is commonly used in solar inverters, combiner boxes, micro inverters, and DC optimizers where reliable high-voltage power connections and minimal power loss are essential.
