DESCRIPTION

The 2-2400680-4 is a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) accessory designed for Universal MATE-N-LOK connectors with 4-position capacity. Constructed from black nylon material, this hardware accessory provides position assurance functionality to ensure proper terminal alignment and retention within the connector housing. It features a centerline pitch of 6.35 mm and is compatible with cap-style connector configurations. The device operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, and meets UL 94V-0 flammability standards. This TPA is commonly used in industrial and automotive applications where secure terminal positioning and connector reliability are critical requirements.
