DESCRIPTION

The 2-215882-6 is a 26-position, MIL-type receptacle connector. It is engineered for termination with flat ribbon cables that have conductors on 1.27 mm centers. This connector is designed to mate with 0.64 mm square or round posts arranged on a 2.54 mm grid. The contacts are made from phosphor bronze with gold plating at the contact point and tin plating at the wiring end, over a nickel undercoating, while the housing is a grey, UL 94V-0 rated glass-filled thermoplastic polyester. Its design is ideal for creating reliable wire-to-board connections in various electronic systems.
