DESCRIPTION

AV1910R312Q04 is a 19 mm anti-vandal pushbutton switch designed for security and reliability in panel-mount industrial and building applications. This single-pole momentary switch features a fixed ring LED with 12 Volt operation and silver-plated copper terminals, providing excellent corrosion resistance and electrical performance. The switch is sealed to IP67 and incorporates a stainless steel actuator with a 3.2 mm travel distance and 2.5 N actuator force, delivering 1,000,000 actuations of life expectancy. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C and supports a contact rating of 3A at 250 VAC or 28 VDC, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mO at 1 A, 12 VDC. The vandal-resistant design includes a jam nut accessible at the rear of the panel and is available with flying lead terminations for ease of installation, making it ideal for elevators, instrumentation, communication equipment, and emergency systems.
