DESCRIPTION
2118871-1 is a MetaSpan EU LTE Main antenna manufactured by TE Connectivity for wireless communication applications. This two-layer PCB antenna features 1/2 oz. copper construction with a dielectric constant of 4.2 ± 0.1 at 1MHz, and overall dimensions of approximately 50.00 mm x 20.00 mm. The antenna utilizes SMOBC (Soldermask Over Bare Copper) finish with orange LPI soldermask on both sides and ENIG plating on tabs. Fabricated to meet IPC-6013 Class 2 standards and inspected per IPC-A-600 Class 2, this low halogen product complies with TE Connectivity environmental standard TEC-138-702. It is ideal for LTE wireless communication systems requiring reliable antenna performance in the EU frequency bands.
