DESCRIPTION

The 2085123-1 is a right-angle pin connector with solder tails designed for high-density interconnection applications. This connector features 84 total contacts organized in multiple modules (4 modules with 4 contacts at 35 amps each, 3 modules with 72 contacts at 3 amps each, plus guide sockets and mounting flanges), with contact spacing of 2.50 mm and 7.5 mm depending on module type. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze alloy power contacts with gold plating (0.76 µm minimum over 1.27 µm nickel), brass alloy signal pins, and beryllium copper crown bands, all housed in a black thermoplastic glass-reinforced insulator rated UL94V-0. Solder tails are tin-plated (3.05 µm minimum over 1.27 µm nickel) and designed for recommended finished holes of Ø1.02 ±0.08 mm with 0.025 mm minimum copper plating.
