DESCRIPTION

The 206038-2 is a free-hanging receptacle from the AMP Circular Plastic Connector (CPC) Series 2 family. It is a reverse sex connector configured in a 17-28 arrangement, featuring 28 positions that accept Size 20 DM or DF socket contacts. Made from a UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic, this connector operates in temperatures from -40°C to +105°C and supports a maximum current of 7.5 amperes per contact. Its design includes a quick connect/disconnect capability with thread assist and polarization for proper mating, making it ideal for commercial signal and power applications.
