DESCRIPTION

2041353-2 is a Secure Digital (SD) card connector designed for surface mount (SMT) applications with a profile height of 2.85mm. The connector features a push-push card insertion mechanism with card detection and write protect functionality, utilizing phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating on contact areas and matte tin on solder tails. The housing and slide cam are constructed from LCP with 10% glass fiber reinforcement rated UL 94V-0, while the shell and cam rod are made of stainless steel. This connector is reflow solder capable up to 260°C and is supplied in reel packaging (Finish 2). It is ideal for consumer electronics, portable devices, and embedded systems requiring reliable SD card interface connectivity.
