DESCRIPTION

The 1761686-6 is a 16-position, center-polarized, low-profile pin header designed for vertical PCB mounting. It features .025" square phosphor bronze posts on a .100" x .100" grid and is equipped with long ejection latches, making it suitable for mating with ribbon cable receptacles that have a strain relief. The housing and latches are made from blue, UL 94V-0 rated PBT thermoplastic, ensuring durability and flame retardancy. This header provides a secure and reliable wire-to-board interconnect solution for various electronic systems utilizing ribbon cables.
