DESCRIPTION

1565079-1 is a GRACE INERTIA receptacle connector designed for wire-to-wire connectivity applications with a 3.5 mm centerline spacing. It accommodates wire sizes from 22 to 18 AWG and features an inertia locking mechanism that simultaneously completes the circuit and locks the connector, preventing unintended disconnection and improving mating reliability. The connector employs dual beam contact design for good contact and durability, lanceless contacts to prevent snagging, and an ergonomic design for easy assembly. It is rated for 7 A current at 300 VAC and operates over a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C with UL 94 V0 flammability rating. This receptacle is commonly used in appliance and industrial applications where reliable wire-to-wire connections and simplified assembly are required.
