DESCRIPTION

1-532431-9 is a high-density AMP-HDI board-to-board plug connector designed for reliable electrical and mechanical performance in rugged applications. This 3-row connector features 240 positions with a 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) post length in a vertical orientation with board locks. The connector utilizes gold-plated copper alloy contacts over nickel and a glass-filled thermoplastic housing rated UL94 V-0, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to 125°C. It offers excellent mechanical performance with 250 mating cycles durability, 3A maximum current rating, and 15 mO contact resistance. Common applications include aerospace data processing, industrial instrumentation, data communication systems, and military electronics where high-density interconnects with reliable performance under vibration and shock are required.
