DESCRIPTION

The 1-480699-2 is a 2-circuit, red, in-line cap housing for the Universal MATE-N-LOK connector system. Constructed from UL94V-2 flame-retardant nylon, it is designed for free-hanging applications and features a .250 inch (6.35 mm) centerline. The housing accepts intermixable pin and socket contacts which are fully enclosed and secured by a positive locking mechanism. This design provides a reliable connection for wire-to-wire applications, particularly in environments subject to shock and vibration.
